Does anyone know the polyphony of the ES-1?How many samples can be played simultaneously?

i had one and loved it. the effects are raw. i had to sell it for monitors though but i miss it alot. shi* is ill. u can get em off ebay for like $200-250

Somebody must know the polyphony...I have searched the web but some sites say six, others nine etc. There is alot of discrepancy..
Does anyone know the true polyphony??

How do ya'll think the ES-1 compares wit the MPC2Kxl? Is it worth gettin the mpc is I have an ES-1 or should i just get like cubase to control it or something?

i have my es1 hooked up to my mpc 60s sequencer and thats a match made in heaven!

How do I control my new ES-1 from the 4000? What are Non Registered Parameter Numbers NRPN's? Can I send CC's from the 4000 to the ES-1?
