hi,

been banging my head against a wall trying to get a long sample to keep playing when the next sequence starts. I've got it set to poly, same program for the same track on both sequences.

am using an 2500 with jjos (the free one).

any help massively appreciated.

cheers

update

i dont know if its some kind of polyphony issue. i've only got 10 tracks running, but if i mute one that's playing samples, it will let it play out, otherwise it stops the sample at the end of the sequence.

seems to just be some kind of bug. i dont have that many samples running simultaneously (one program per channel, each channel playing one instrument).

That's happened to me before when using long samples on Akai OS... i've always had a lot going on and a lot of samples and programs loaded in when it happens to me. so i've always just chalked it up to polyphony. It would piss me off more, but when i record the song into my DAW just one pad at a time to track it in, it doesn't do it then so it doesn't affect the finished product for me...
