hi,
i would like to know, the "best way you think" or your technics
when you work syncing mpc and your computer.

do you keep your midi file in mpc or do you import them
in your midi sequencer (with floppy...and midi 0) ?

i see when i use midi clock syncing with mpc and logic
i could move "the slider" of logic with the step boutton of
my mpc... can i prog my sequence into logic like
the step editing of the mpc ?
(navigating with the < step and >)

what can you do on mpc with SMPTE syncing, MMC, MTC ?

in fact, i use mpc2000, S6000, Asr10, 2408, mtpav
and logic
do i connect the mpc as master keyboard to mptav
don't use anything software (for seq)
begin my work with only one midi port (mpc=>mptav=>s6000)
and after save midi 0 to floppy and open it in logic ?

what do you suggest me ?
cause i want to continue mpc for sequencing
(step editing goes so fast)
the begining of my tracks but finish it into a sequencing soft..
thanxs in advance

:O

Sorry it took this forum so long to answer Genki. I imagine you sitting in some kind of weird time warp, still waiting for a response, and randomly bouncing between "producer names" and wondering if there isn't an easier way (maybe the beat thang?) So in order to free you from this hellish world, without further ado I present;

oh, and "In before the lock"

oh, and sorry Clint for bumping old posts. Won't happen again (I'm bored).

Seems to be a new craze.

If you're that bored find some more recent unanswered posts and chime in.
