to tell yall the truth what need to be done is if its over a certain amount or, flowers it, any amount PERIOD, people need to fax or send some type of contract and it needs to be signed by BOTH people. And if somebody actin stupid, you got the signature. goto court and get ya bread back.

well ive seen his name on soundclick before........if you need to track him check there.
you know he is reading his emails man. You can call the local police in his neiborhood and they will give him a visit.
This has happened to me before and i just called the local police.....told them the whole story, sent them a fax of my ID, and information, filled out a police report and signed.....they went knockin!

this all really sucks.
i mean people talk about the ethics of hip hop
all the crap about samplin ethics or whats right or wrong
and then here you have someone who basically is targeting
a specific audience. i mean it aint like your scammin someone for a dvd player, not many people even know what a sp1200 is much less what it does.
you are scammin the same exact group that mirrors your dreams and your goals.
hows that for hip hop ethics?
i mean i dont want anyone gettin jacked but come on go steal from outside the community man.
that is what makes me sick.
i have bought lots of stuff online and i always do cod
but i thought i knew this guy to be honest.
i have my bases covered and i have my legal angle on him but this is just a gut wrenching experience because i just want to ask him...why?
i mean he just dropped off the face of the earth for 1000 bucks.
he probably just changed his name and info and is reading this now .
i made a ill judgement of character that is rare on my part, and now we wait and see whats up with the law.
but on the side its just wrong to scam fellow beat makers.
that should be the number one rule, dont steal from us.
we are the ones who support the foundation, you hurt us and we all pay the price.
its just wrong and know i see the sad face of reality staring back at me
it wont break me
it just makes me dpressed that someone would target the same boat ya know.

we have to have some sense of community, some sense of honesty
even here in the huge virtual world of fake everything
there has to be decency.

^ True.Yo keep you head up and pray that this will all work out.It's a dog eat dog world and maybe this was just some sort of mix-up.Hopefully things will work out for you.Money is only good on earth like you said but $1000 is nothin' to sneeze at.

well....anywhere you can get hit up......I just think the buyer has to be aware of what they are buying and try to get as much info as possible without making the seller feel uncomfortable........and believe me I have been in situations where my temperture went up....and I was still all good......most of the time if you are chill it will run smoothly....
