everybody can find on the web dope music and sounds to sample, but can you find dope vinyl records insead of mp3/wav/flac/aiff (etc... etc...)?
thats why it's called digging in the crates.
everybody can find the source of a dope sample being used in a dope track by famous artists in many ways with any search engine on the web (many specialized web sites and now there's also a iphone app that tells you the name of a song playing from a speaker, etc...), but can you find a dope sample that nobody ever used before?
You have to search and dig deep to find something interesting,
but sometimes you'll be lucky enough to find something (randomly)
search in the dollar bin at your local thrift store/flea market and you'll find some forgotten pearls...
