pitch & bpm tools

is there a plugin that tells you the bpm of a sample as you pitch it up and down? calculating the bpm as you change the pitch?

also, i rmember way back when someone posted up some pitch and bpm calculators. anyone got dem links?

ableton live tells you the time of a sample when you load it
