anyone know the name of that software that turns audio upsi

where you can rotate audio and listen to it sideways?

I remember using it but I can't remember the name, if anyone can direct me to it that would be swell thanks in advanced.

it's flipping or inverting the image from the spectrum analyzer and playing back the new image.. pretty cool for some experimental stuff i think.
