Tracks/programs created when switching sequences

If you switch from one sequence to another and the active track in the first sequence was blank in the second, it is automatically named "Track #" and the first program is assigned to it. Also, something similar sometimes happens with "Program01" or the last program name+1 being created. Any way to turn either of these functions off?

This is the default. It is usefull for creating quickly on the fly
