Floppy's have to constantly reformatted for mpc to read disk

title says it all its a mpc 2000 and its becoming a headache but it will read a disk 3 or 4 times and then disk will become unreadable and have to be reformatted anyway to solve this issue??

Are you leaving the one same floppy disk in the MPC and then it has to formatted?
Or are you trying different floppies and all of them end up needing to be formatted?
