CD/DVD Rom ribbon cable

Does any one no the name and size of the ribbon cable from the CD/DVD rom to the HDD board?

why not give authorized service center a call or email..around here it's not that common for the ribbon cable to snap outta the blue...Nym might know too

On the real. If that ribbon gets ripped on your MPC 2500, be aware. I can't find that part. Akai pro has no answers. The only answer I got was they discontinued the CD / DVD rom drive. They don't carry the ribbon cable.

anyone know how to remove these ribbon cables? i'm trying to replace my my cf card slot due to broken pin, and i just cant figure out how to get the memory card slot out, i removed the screw from the board but it feels like its being held in by something still, and i cant figure out the ribbon cables. help would be appreciated, thanks guys
