This seems like a pan issue because my right monitor is louder than my left. Swap the cables and it doesn't change. Both monitors are set to the same volume level. None of my other equipment has this issue so it must be the MPC.

Is there Pan Setting for the MPC in JJOS OS2? I can't find one anywhere.
Is it possible I need to replace something internally?

Have you connected your monitors to your mixer and listened through the mixer
instead of the MPC to see if the same thing happens?

I honestly doubt that its your MPC, I'm thinking its your left monitor. Its obviously not a balance issue
cuss as you stated the same thing occurred when you reversed the cables. You should still check in the
Mixer window in your MPC to see if everything isn't panned more to the right then it is to the left.

My monitors (krk's) run thru my mackie mixer. Everything runs thru this mixer and this only occurs with the MPC. None of my other equipment that also runs thru the mackie mixer has this issue. In the mixer window on the MPC everything is centered.

Is there a main pan for the entire MPC other than the individual pad pan in the mixer window?

Does the same thing happen when the mpc is connected to different channels in the mixer?

Not that I know of.

Have you tried connecting your monitors directly into the MPC?
If it still does it when its connected to your MPC then your MP is definitely whats causing the problem.

i took my cables and ran them thru a different channel in my mixer and the issue went away. i put the cables back to the original channel and everything was fine. there was zero pan on all of the channels. only thing i can think is that maybe a cable was loose. every things working great now.
