MPC to LOGIC

i know i gotta hook up the 1/4 to 1/8 to the sound card i got but how do i get the drums im puttin out on the mpc to show on logic? will the mpc even work with logic? if someone can give me details on how to do this that would be dope.

ok what i do is connect the stereo outs straight to the two inputs on my sound card..then i just press record on logic, then press play on the mpc...thats what i do buit im sure there are better ways to do it...peace
