I had ordered the update too on Nov. 15. Should of came and read the forum first before making the purchase. Hope he's well. I might for now just have my credit card company reimburse the money. If and when he comes back, and if chooses to continue, I will order from him again.

Yeh I would get a refund dude asap. If and when Rohan resurfaces and explains what's going on, then you can always purchase it then.

Just to add to this:
I was talking to someone today who ordered the OS late August/Early September. No one in business would ignore customers like this so obviously something has happened. I suspect some kind of breakdown or personal problems that have overwhelmed him preventing him from seeing to business. Other than that we would be talking about something more serious which I very much hope is not the case. Someone suggested this might be a concious decision to not sell the OS now. Fine, but then he shouldn't be taking peoples money. I seriously doubt this is the case though.
I'm going to hit up a friend of mine in OZ who has the OS and MPC3000. Hes certainly dealt with Rohan but whether he has any way other than email to contact him I don't know. If I hear anything I will report back.
