samples load up down pitched!

sorry if this is a FAQ/previous thread... I'm a next level n00b

got a 2000xl. got OS 1.20 & an internal CF

every time i load up a sample from the CF its loads up at -240 pitch.

any ideas?

Your samples are probably not in 44100Hz. Chceck sample rate

where does it say -240 pitch ... on the sample itself or in the program edit as a pad setting?

does it happen on every pad in every bank?

my first guess is that you've got a program already in there and you are loading the samples to that. try to create a new program first.
