Installing SCSI/Ram from MPC60 Mk2 to MPC 60 Mk 1

Hello,

I have an option to get pretty beaten up MPC 60 Mk2 for decent money, and I would like to take SCSI board and memory upgrade from it and install into my MPC 60 Mk1.

Does anyone knows if this is possible?

Yes it's possible.
The only difference between the Mk1 and MK2 is the casing and the headphone out.
