That was funny to see all them asians and one white guy and no brothers. Thats just something i would never think of when seeing a mpc in a room.

It's not an ION But I do think it is an Alesis product. I was noticing the black knobs are the same as on the ION.

Anyone have one of those akai filters? I think I might setup my MPC like the one on that Ultimate stand with the MPC on the bottom, Ensoniq DP4 and maybe that akai filter on the top. For live use of course.

i've got the Micron! for the money it's the best synth you can get. same synth engine as the Ion but w/ added reverb, delay, and better built-in sequencer (not as many hands on knobs as the Ion though). i absolutely love it. perfect companion to the MPC.

now if i can just muster-up the moneys to get a MFBerlin Synth Lite II!

Did you notice that in the bottom 4 pics. he is using 2 2KXl's with the NUMARK mixer like a DJ setup.

Thats an Alesis Micron there. The little brother from the Ion.
btw, those yellow pads are ugly :shock:
