Haha. In the Trim screen (Shift + 5) under znEDIT grab the segment of the sound you want to reverse, (all of it or not) and hit EDIT. Then flip your jogwheel till you find Reverse Zone and click Do It!.
It's slightly different on an XL, but you should be able to figure it out from that.
