Hey all,
I am fairly new to the MPC 1000 and had a question about pad technicalities. The one issue I seem to be having and for the life of me can't pinpoint is how you can get the sound, once you hit a pad, to restart when you hit it again WITHOUT it playing through the first hit still. It turns into a jumble of sound that is really frustrating to listen to. I know there is a setting that will let you hold it down for as long as you desire and once you let go it will stop, therefore giving you the option to restart the sound without it playing through the first hit, but that requires me to basically walk the pads with my fingers and it sounds choppy. Not sure how to explain it any more, but any help is appreciated. Thanks
