Uploading Samples via Midi?

I remember this used to be possible with the S3000 sampler, I think maybe I used recycle or somthing?

Anyway, Is there any software that lets me do this now?

Plus, do they make Akai.sys as a plugin for Cubase/Ableton for the 2000XL?

its slow and limited you can cheat the mpc by connecting the mpc to scsi hdd box and then other scsi hdd box lead to pc, just remember to terminate only one end, pc end will do.
then just copy sample to scsi hdd and load it on mpc. I'M TOO OLD FOR SKOOL.
