Hi, i am looking for a nice soundcard. I have 8 outputs on my pc, and i want to use them to the fullest. I have the intention to buy a
M Audio Delta 44.

Maybe u guys have some other recommendations?

That's not a bad choice or maybe the Delta 66?

ok so what are the advantages of the SP/DIF i/o of the 66?
I wanna record my tracks on separate tracks on the computer. After that i will mix em out on the pc

With sp/dif you can sample hi-fi audio and get hi-res.

If you want to use all of the outputs on the MPC you'll probably want a soundcard with more than 4 inputs.

I don't have the eight outs so it's one track at a time for me right now.But the 66 would be cool with me cause i only have 4 in's on the Vs840ex.

I got a 66 but I'd really like to have 10 ins and outs.

Terratec Phase 88 (8 in and 8 outs plus dig. I/O) and the price is really affordable

go with an interface with 8 ins, that way u can fully use the 8 outs. i have an omni studio and i have to do 4 tracks at a time, which isnt bad, but i wish i had 4 more ins
