fade out mute pad

it would be AMAZING if u can set a fade out.... so when u mute a pad it will get out with a fade out..

is already possible with some tricks?

Nice idea. Everybody got diff ways of programming, I use most of time everything on 'note on' and rarely used mute groups. Now, I don't know does 'release' on envelope do this trick when u mute it in the middle of a sample, but u can check this with 'release' set to 50-100, just a guess.

in the meantime, i achieve the same result using NOTE ON, looped samples and DURATION TIL NEXT NOTE (in seq edit)

works the exact same way and is how i treat all of my chopped samples.

Isnt this what you mean?

Get in Program mode.
Go to the volume amount of your pad/sample.
Hit Window, select fade in fade out.
