8 banks sounds awesome, but "vintage mode" sounds hokey....

Will have to wait and hear it, but right now I am not jumping out of my skin to get one.

okay.. functions and features aside... since we know jack shit as of now and the second thing on my mind is how well akaipro codes software.... BUT, that machine does look **** nice IMO... bringing back the oldschool transport buttons, adding more knobs, and them saying authentic mpc pads meaning you can put fatpads on them so you dont see the lights shining from underneath...

acts as an interface by the looks of it too...

while this isn't something I would really feel the need to buy, it does look like something way more interesting to me than the machine when it comes to the controller's look.

oh, and I wonder how our resident maschine fanboy emptysea is taking this news...
