To-may-to, To-mah-to...

If this new mpc is indeed not capable of being used in a standalone scenario, that in itself is a huge limitation- one that will keep me from buyin' one....

And that is your right to choose. But...I suspect you are not being completely forthcoming. You said it multiple times and multiple different ways that you will may not buy this new MPC. Why spend a significant part of your day talking about something you don't want? Based upon this, I believe you do want to buy one. You just don't to committ because you are afraid of the backlash you will receive. Our numbers are growing...you will be protected. :P

 I have no words...

Actually, yes I do... 8)

I am completely honest in my view of this new doohickey. I do not want something that has to be used in conjunction with a computer 100% of the time. Where have my posts wavered from that? Please quote me. :) The only reason I can imagine where I said I "may" purchase the ren, is if it is indeed capable of being used without a computer. But then again, we don't know that for sure now, do we? :|

I spend alot of my work day on this site, and guess what we're talking about! This new piece of gear, soon we'll be talking about the other two...it's something to talk about and even you have to admit it- a lot of the posts regarding this new machine deserve a reply, either serious or joking. Other than the non-standalone issue, I am waiting until I can actually see the spec sheet and see some more videos (that actually show something  ) before saying yes or no. If you fault me for this, then I don't know what to tell you. I do not "hate" this machine, but I am also not going to buy it just because it's an mpc. I form my own opinions. There are several people on here (like the Overlor video you posted, for example) that will buy this machine simply because "mpcs are hip hop"... I am not one of those people.

Backlash: There is no reason to not be truthful here. "backlash" pfffffft I believe you are being light-hearted here, but still- it's an interesting thought.

Keep doin' your thing...we are still awaiting your renaissance videos. 8)

Jah, even though I post a couple of YT videos of mine clearly demonstrating my use of technology you still sit there and say I cant use technology.   I'm light years ahead of you. face it dude and just deal with and stop making an ass of your self. The laugh of all this is you dont even have an MPC or a computer
