I don't remember this being in the useful thread.

Grab a demo of FXpansion Tremor http://www.fxpansion.com/index.php?page=167

I would love something more primitive with a nice UI but can also go very advanced. I have a long wait for my Tempest I think so I started using the Virus for about an hour before I went to bed last night to do some percussion.

I think the Radias might work well as it's very bright.

Also Ultrabeat is pretty decent but has a confusing UI.

I'll try these when I get home. I enjoy sitting there tinkering and making my own sounds from sine/saw/triang/square. It's fun.

Not drums but i enjoy doing that on my triton synth section as well. I don't really need a slim phatty or minitaur but I've been looking into them. The Triton already has me covered with that but I can't front on the Moog name, it's legendary.

lol i remember stomper.. used it along with an acid demo a looooong time ago.. allowing me to make music for 15 minutes before the demo had to be restarted, and you had to start a new tune from scratch
