Hi, I'm running the 1000 with JJOS 4.99. i have a couple of questions about the note repreat function.

1) Is it possible to make it control other elements than the pads? I was thinking about holding it down and pressing "play start" for example, so the sequence would start on note repeat (or similarly with the bar/step > or bar/step < buttons). i tried to see if this works just by holding the note repeat down and then pressing them, but it doesn't. is this something I can change?

2) is there no way to change the frequency of note repeat with my slider? i used to be able to do that on my 2kxl, and much prefer it to using the function keys

thanks for all your help.
peace

1. no thats how it works. It is 'note' repeate. so only repeates note.
2. If you hold down shift and note repeate buttons at the same time you should be able to keep note repeate on. I cant remember if you can assign TC settings via Qlink slider with 4.99 but doubt it. Did you look at all?
You can use Qlink slider in drum and midi windows of JJOSXL3.xx. so yeah you can do that in JJOSXL3.xx as long as your in the sequence edit windows mentioned above. Qlink slider moves TC strength and shuffle. Also TC can be changed here by just hitting tap tempo and F button at the same time.
