Yo! Yo! Yo!

What's up MPC folks. I've been taking a break from my Maschine to play with my MPC. I like them both and they both are deep but that's another story for another day.

I have a bunch of Zips still for my MPC and am wondering if I get a SCSI card reader if I can save/transfer data from my zips directly to the card reader and save it. I

I've calmed down a bit from the crash of 2011 where I lost most of my samples but the Maschine has revive my spirit. I made a long review about the Machine but I think it got deleted not sure why. Between the MPC and Maschine they both have their pro's and cons but I don't think I'd ditch one for the other just because.

Just wanting to know if something like Saving data from a Zip to a card reader connected VIA scsi is possible with the MPC before I drop the coins on one. I never had a problem with my Zip drive until Someone sold me a f'd up card reader.

Thanks MPC headz.

In less you have an internal card reader in your 2000XL than the answer is no. If you have internal card reader then you can load your songs via scsi and save them to the internal card reader.

If you have an internal or external scsi cardreader then this works as well, you can connect multiple scsi devices at the same time to your mpc2kxl.
