well...to be fair, it still looks nice.

The Buchla name itself warrants a steep price tag, even though there's 13 modules loaded in it.
I'm growing more curious about compact modular systems that can be built and customized for cheap. I've seen some really insane modules lately. I better stick with software before my living room turns into a **** again.

Yeah that's the problem with having a woman and having a gear fetish. They both cost a grip.

Buchla is the Bentley of synths. I agree though, his modular systems are outrageously priced. This year I'm building my own one module at a time. 2012 has some great releases coming out.
