Saving projects on the MPC1000

Hello!

I am relatively new to the world of MPCs, had my mpc1000 for about a year now.
In general i dont do a lot of saving, I just sit down sequence and record.

Just recently i have started saving entire memory (a project). now this was working great, i can come back the next day and everything is the way it was... until i saved a different project. now every time i load a project no matter which one i choose. it only plays the most recent project iv'e saved.

at first i thought this was because i wasn't naming my sequences. so i tried naming the sequences and saving a project. same thing...

what is my problem?

if you want to save a project and still keep your old work, you should make a new folder and save your new project into that.

now you can choose which folder you want to load.

name the new folder something a little different.

i usually put a 2 after it or something.
