synching mpc5000+live 8.2.6

hi i am currently trying to track from the individual 8 outputs from the 5k into live 8.2.6 i got it to sync but the timing is a bit off the grid like for the kick drum is easy to shift it back manually but not the hats and percussion,what might be wrong ? please help me out.

Ableton lets you adjust it's midi timing by miliseconds. if you go to the midi ports panel and click on the arrow next to the port, you can swing the timing to lock in with Ableton. try setting the metronome on in ableton and the MPC, play them together, and adjust the timing until it's locked tight.
