I recently upgraded the pads on my mpc1000. The installation went fine and everything was in working order when I used them for the first time.
I found though that when I hit them in real time they sound like normal but when I record a sequence the velocity is completely messed up. The pads will be soft then loud in the recording even though they sound like they are recording normally.
I am using the free version of JJOS. I have messed with the velocity params as much as I could but nothing seems to work.
Is there anything I can do or am doing wrong?
