Recording a sequence and using it as a sample?

Is there a way to have a certain sequence be used as a sample? If so, what are the steps into achieving this? Quite possible a wall that I currently can't get over yet.

Ahhh! Awesome! I didn't know the "MAIN OUT" was the one needed for recording straight from the MPC. Thanks for clearing it man! Still new to the MPC, but the learning process is nothing but fun! Cheers.
