also, I couldn't see the screen very good in the video...

I think you should start off by giving the run down on the features found in 3.10e

Basically what the 3.10 software is pretty much the same OS running in the MPC 3000. What i love about the 60 is the 4 midi outs, the swing, and the 12 bit sampling for that ol' early 90's hip hop sound. The 60 was limited, but with this OS, its awesome! heres a copy/paste list from www.rogerlinndesign.com

Sampling No Longer Limited to 5 Seconds
Stereo Sampling
MIDI File Save and Load
Reads All MPC3000 Files Including Stereo Sounds
Sound Compression Doubles Sound Memory
Voice Restart for "Sound Stuttering"
8 Drum Sets in Memory
4 Pad Banks for 64 Pad Assignments
Hihat Slider Doubles as Realtime Tuning
Cut and Paste Sample Editing
Hard Disk Save and Load
Step from Note to Note in Step Edit
Streamlined MPC3000 Displays
New Sequence Edit Features
New Sound and Sequence Files in 3.10 Format

Ok I see.
So what is the difference between 3.10e and the 3.10c that most of us have.
I'd be very interested if you could elaborate, thanks. :)
