Check out the Quiklock QL400...got one for my 3000 and it's awesome. 50 somethin' bucks on ebay too...very sturdy and adjustable.

yeah man, been looking out for them (ql400) but there dont seem to be any for sale in Germany or Holland, only uk and us

That's a good point...The ones with the rails on the side have less chance of blocking anything on the mpc.

I have quite often considered one of those though... even if the one with the rail on the front gets used for the mkii.. no biggie, the headphone slot is a bit on my machine compared to the output IMO .. so I have to unplug the phones when recording to the PC.
also, you could cut a "U" shaped slot in it..
