MPC not outputting midi when receiving Midi Clock!

Please help! My MPC is slaving to PT via MIDI CLOCK. It will not output RECORDED midi on a track when it is synced. If I play the MPC internally, it does output the midi

well it was a complete bug having to do with midi clock. For some reason the MPC was creating a 2 bar pre roll (even though this was disabled on the MPC and Pro Tools), and my loop was only two bars long in pro tools, so it would restart the MPC on the first beat, thereby restarting the pre roll, thereby never allowing me to hear the recorded midi notes.

I've switched over to MTC, which I'm happy with, although there is a slight delay...

It's in the midi routing. You can route the sync to output to a particular midi out on the mpc.
