Whaddaya think, when bugs/features get sorted in OS updates, should the topic title be updated to reflect this (and probably a note in which version this happened)?

good idea. it looks like it was already done once already. it should be marked 'FIXED" & thread locked.

Excellent idea because it is getting messy in the new requests/bugs sub-forum. Yeah you could put [Request Bla Bla] and if is was done put [Request Bla Bla Added in Os3 1.2] or something to that extent.
As for Bugs you could put up a thread that reads [Bugs] OS2XL 3.15 and all bugs can go under that title.Now, if one bug was not done you can include it in the next thread with a brief description.

no one person seconded this issue, but people used it and it is true that need to add a title to each circumstance. (As a guide)
