strange issue with pads 12 and 13

For some reason when i load a sample into either pad 12 or 13, it automatically duplicates the sample into one of the two pads. nothings wrong with any of the other pads but the two mentioned. further more, when i load a song i made before this glitch, it assigns them correctly and whatever sample i have in pad 12 or 13 stays to its pad without duplicating.

any solutions?
