In program mode, the Green LED is supposed to stay on. it shows you what pad you're currently editing.

I'm the guy who does all the talking. The pads light up yellow to red depending on velocity, and right now, we're in program mode, so the last struck pad lights green, to indicate which pad is being edited.

Xparis

its cool that you are sharing with the community this way and taking notes as the product is being developed. i'm not sure any other electronic music instrument company has done that. looks like a lot of hard work is going into this new line. good stuff.

Glad you guys are working hard making progress. You mentioned in another thread there would be another video with a famous producer making a beat. Is that coming anytime soon?

And what PSR just said. It's really cool to see and a big turn around for Akai.

I am glad to see Dan standing up in these forums like Big Ben Roethlisberger extending the play. :D (if you are not a NFL fan, this is going over your head).

And you still won't get the real and full audio quality through an internet video.

All of that to get a demo on the web?

Sounds like something Steve Jobs would have said.

Ok, well 1k owners specifically would like to know that this new tech is going to last longer than 6 months. Can you confirm that this will be the case?
