XLR/ 1/4in input problem

XLR/ 1/4in input problem. It seams the right side isn't getting any input with xlr or 1/4in. Iv done repairs on a lot of things in my day and a big curcit bender so I can repair things. But I realy want to know do I need to replace it or is there somthing else. Its dose it when its in stereo record so its not that. I don't know has any one had problems with in put and fix it.

I'm going from my decks into mixer out of buss of mixing board 1/4 inch to mpc inputs. Only one side works. Iv tried both 1/4 inch and xlr but nothing as if some one cut the traces on the board. But no cracks in the saulder maby I'll take a volt meater to it I don't know. I'm realy hoping that some one didn't overload the input and blow out a cap or resistor. I'm just hoping its somthing some one is like your an idiot you nead to....... cuz I'm alway going in and tottaly reabilding stuff then I realize it was somthing simple. Thanks for the help

Check the record knob.It splits so you can adjust the volume and adjust the stereo balance.I reckon its that.I hope.

Good point the knob turns like it should could be a bad pot.

Its a long shot.So stereo is selected in the sampling window?Does the turntable work in stereo when plgged into the phono inputs?Theres a lil switch to change..And you tried swapping the leads around ect?Bummer
