Loops/Button hits

I have an MPC2000xl and was wondering how, if possible to alternate between the following comands when I press a button;

1. For the sample I have pressed to loop itself



2. For the sample to cut off and start from the beginning, when I press the button again.



3. For the sample to play over itself, when I press it again.

I think he's asking how to set up a pad so when he presses it, the sample will play, and then start to loop itself until the pad is released (if using note off, otherwise when it's pressed again? i rarely use this function...). This would be in the trim screen under the "loop" tab where you set start and end points for the loop and can turn it on/off.
