Hey all

It's driving me nuts !! i'm trying to find a way to load multiple midi files into one sequence but into different tracks, ie if i chop in recycle one drum loop and one bass loop how can i transfer in a sequence, drum.midi on track 1 and bass.midi on track 2 ? it seems impossible, when i load a midi file from load mode it always loads it in a new sequence !!!!!
i must be missing something...

thanks a lot in advance for your hels guys !

respect

Not sure, but as a quick work around, after you load
1 sequence into Sequence Slot 1
and the 2nd sequence into Sequence Slot 2

you can then copy the tracks from both to Sequence song 3 and have them combined.

Thanks for your help renegadebliss

i found something as well, it is to select all midi notes in step edit and copy them with the "copy to" function in another track or sequence, but it's quite a hassle, there must be a fastest and easyest way of doing that, and i just can't find it....
it would be so easy to have the option in "load mode" to import midi files into the track of your choice !!!
thanks !
