mpc2k issues in trim mode

when trimming samples i've noticed on occasion that it only cuts the right end of the sample off..(ie if im grabbing a snare out of a break n i have the snare highlighted i press cut.. do it.. then it process's but instead of having my snare all nice n crispy i got the first half of the break with my snare still highlighted..?
have read thru the manual several times n cant find ne thing related to or mentioning this.. im thinkn ive selected a setting somewhere that enables this function without realizing it? ne one else out there ever experience this or know where im slipping up?

I know this issue but I don't know why this happen. Wasn't able to recreate it so it sometimes happen, sometimes not. The solution is to save the trimmed sample, load it and trim it again. Delete the old sample.

Maybe its a problem with the RAM maybe its a bug in the OS. IDK.
