Yeah, it'll be an essential upgrade for me seeing as I ditched using a studio mixer last year.

Kinda new here... just got my second MPC... a 4k, real nice, max RAM, 160GB drive with 33GB of beats and samples, but no other options. I would like the ADAT to go into my E-MU 1212m. Will it only output 16 bit or will it do 24 bit? Also does it go above 48kHz?Not sure how often I will be using 24bit, but I can see 96kHz.

Just copped the ADAT board...what a big difference. Tracking is breeze compared to my old way. Sounds better too. Luckily I copped the wordclock too. A lot of pops and clicks without it.

I use an RME UFX, same no-go deal as the thread link indicates.
48khz adat lock no problem.
