mpc 2500 to logic 9

hello, I'm trying to set my mpc to record songs to be mixed into logic 9... so far this is not happening for me


i have a m audio fast track ultra

mpc 2500

apple iMac


various audio and midi cables, I'm a bit lost here any help be most welcome!

4real-real............. do ur homework

midi out of computer audio interface to mpc midi in... set the mpc to accept midi time code, MMC, etc.. go in to logic, click preferences... click syncronization.... click the midi tab.... from the drop down menu select your midi port you want logic to send midi info to.... click the "transmit mtc" tab... its pretty much just that. maybe mess around a bit tho. it should make it so every time you press play in logic, it'll count in four clicks and then fire up the mpc with it. works every time. just make sure your bpm are the same, but i dunno if it matters.
