Hi,

I'm having some weird issues with the volume output on my pad 4 in the A bank.
the volume is REALLY low with every sample, and with the same sample its at regular volume on pad 3. but this only happens on pad 4 bank A, because on pad 4 bank B, C, and D, with that same sample, it plays at regular volume.

So im wondering if anybody else encountered this and if so, how did you fix it? Maybe reload the akai os and switch back to JJOS?

i've tried hitting it with the FULL LEVEL turned on too, still doesn't help at all. and since its only on pad 4 of bank A, it can't be the pad going out, since on bank B, C, and D it plays regular.

Your help would be appreciated..thanks

check your settings in the PROGRAM screen (MODE + PAD 7) for that pad.

LEVEL, AMP, FILTER, OUTPUT settings, etc... it's probably something in there. create a new PROGRAM from scratch and see if the problem persists.

Im having a similar issue with pad A4 that may be related.

For some reason any midi notes sent to an external synth from pad A4 specifically are glitchy, almost as if its sending multiple notes and they are all cutting each other off... B4, C4 and D4 are all fine.

And when i try to send the same note from a different pad it comes through fine.

Which leads me to think there is something a bit buggy the OS for A4 specifically. not my hardware? the problem did seem to stop with midi out-aftertouch option turned off.

Although i must say im not really having much of an issue with A4 when using internal samples.

Ive sent this thru to JJ's bug report but im interested if anyone else has issues with A4 specifically.

(ive yet to test it on os2xl ver 3.16 tho, but the bug fixes dont mention it.)
