sequence won't load since I replaced the screen!

i know that the 200xl sometimes has issues with sequence over I believe 8 letters in the name (I may be wrong) but I replaced the lcd screen with the mpc stuff replacement...not a good numer of my sequences won't load. I assume that is because of the lengthy track name. I go to load it and it gets stuck on "loading" whi;e other sequences seem to load instantaniously. Anythoughts?

as for this issue, is it the same sequences everytime? or could the screen be locking up, and it's actually loaded and you just dont know it?

yeah imma call mpcstuff asap....as far as the screen message...its always for the same sequence...some work, but the ones that don't always don't work. Like I really want to LOVE my screen but its been more of ahassle so far...crystal clear tho ..lol

The sequences DO load. But the screen doesn't update after they are loaded.. Just click on one of the cursor keys or go to main to see.

it's be worth it to try renaming the sequence before you save, and see if that causes any issues.

we really need to narrow down what exactly causes these lockups and you are on to something here if you can consistently repeat it.

keep that in mind, if it happens, try to remember EXACTLY what you did, i mean every button press, and note it. especially if you can REPEAT it, like bring up the glitch on command.

this will really help envision find the problem.
