Cross platform tempo sync problem.

I'm having a problem which is really bugging me.
I use Logic 9 to cut my samples. I have used Logic for a good few years and I can do it on there much quicker.

Ok, so say I have just cut a 1 bar loop of a drumbeat that loops perfectly on Logic at 90bpm. As soon as I put that same sample on my MPC 1000 and record it in at 90bpm, it's out. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Any suggestions?

I would say chop in MPC. but thats probably not that helpful.
