Hey everyone I havent used my MPC in a couple of weeks I turned it on and found a couple things not working the way they should.
1. The jog wheel isnt working properly, you have to turn it repeatedly to change 1 value and is not easy to get what you want, I use the + and - buttons but still would like to use the jog wheel too.
2. one of my qlink sliders seems to function at first ok but then after playing with it, It jumps to random numbers like Ill put it all the way to the bottom where it should be
-120 and sometimes it will say -120 sometimes it says +95
3. When I am in sample assign window where you can change the tune from 00 to what ever if I leave the cursor there it goes to -36 randomly.
Does anyone know what would cause these 3 things to go wrong?
Im trying to figure out if it would be cheaper to repair my mpc or buy a new one?
I see on mpcstuff they have the qlink section for $40 and the jogwheel section for $95. I wouldnt mind these being the problem. I just hope its not the CPU which is $375.
Any advice, ways to test what the problem is?
Thanks
