Ok.
I got one way, and for you it might be a pain but it will work.
Im on the assumption your laptop has no CF slot and no digital input.
If you have your beat sequenced using song mode, go thru and mute the correct tracks so the track you want to record (for this example we will call it kick) is playing by itself.
Now you've gone thru and made sure the kick is playing by itself, go to record screen (shift+pad 5)
Instead of recording from the record input, we are going to record from main outs (its going to record what your hearing in the mpc), so change your record mode to MAIN might be called MAINST or something similar.
Click record, then hit play.
Once your pattern has looped or you are happy with the recording hit stop / save / keep.
Repeat the process with hihat, snare , bass etc.
Now all of your ish is recording into the mpc, you can use the usb cable to transfer the wav files between your Laptop and the mpc.
Re-arranging them and or finding start points may be a pain so i suggest slapping a sharp snare at the beginning of each sequence as a reference point.
Hope that helps.
