hey folks,im thinkin about buyin a MPC,do i need to download music to it? Im totally alien to this

Yes, you will need to download music to it, there is no music contained inside other than what you feed it.

Well, it samples. You can sample whatever you wish...from vinyl, 8 tracks, tapes, cds, beta/VHS tapes, mp3 whatever you choose.

don't buy one. the MPC is not for you. if you don't even know what it does and how it does it... what makes you even want one in the first place?

write the names of bands you want to sample on a peice of paper and stick in floppy drive.
