What to get?

i just picked up a mpc 2000xl and am planning to use it for all my effects, drums ect... but im not really into sampling so ill need something for good basslines and synths, and i dont want to spend too much, does anyone have any suggestions?[/color]

Ummm, what do you mean Fx's?. I dont see why you would buy a sampler, if you dont like sampling hahaha. Should return the mpc grab yourself a oxygen 8, and some sound mods.[/color]

WHAT? You bought a sampler and you DON'T like to sample? Then dawg, You just wasted at LEAST $1200 that u could of used to get the Oxygen8, Emu-MP7, and a Proteus 2000. Emu products are on sale. Go trade that sampler you won't use and buy those things plus an effects processor. Cause if u bought the MPC without an effects card, U'll have no effects anyways.
